Claudia Jessie got candid about her sex life, amid her character’s lack of relationship prospects.
Bridgerton has been taking over the lives of many viewers around the world as they anxiously await season four’s staggered parts.
As fans have some time before, they’re allowed to see what’s in store for Eloise Bridgerton, the only notable sibling not having an intimate scene on the Netflix show, Jessie has been getting real about her personal life.
The Bridgerton star revealed something a little shocking, in the wake of her on-screen siblings Francesca (Hannah Dodd) and Colin (Luke Newton) both getting married off in the show. Apparently, her sex life is a far cry from that of Eloise's.

Speaking with AP alongside Dodd and Newton, Jessie revealed that she finds the prospect of her character being single as ‘funny’, because of one key difference between herself and her character's siblings.

“It’s funny though,’” she said, “'cause in real life I’m having more sex than both of them”, referring to Dodd and Newton's roles.
Jessie, who is currently dating casting director Cole Edwards since they became public in 2024, then exclaimed in the interview: “Get that.”
Pondering the reason why she has never had to film a sex scene, the actress went on to add: “I’ve managed to get to 36 years old without ever doing a sex scene."
Wondering if it’s because she’s ‘highly unf****able’ in her casting type, she said she’s aware that those scenes are soon to eventually come as her character becomes the leading lady.

In the Julia Quinn book series, Eloise’s character and Philip Crane end up in a loveless marriage of convenience, and while some fans can’t grapple with it due to Eloise’s newfound want for independence and curiosity on the show, it could very well become a love story depending on whether the show director wants to switch things up.
But regardless, it might just end up with sex scenes being filmed.
To this, Jessie revealed her thoughts on committing to doing the very thing she has never been casted for, telling the interviewer: “It does feel a little bit like I have agreed to jump out of a plane in a bit with close-ups in the nude and in front of my mum.”
But that’s not the only difference between Jessie and her character.
Speaking to People at the Bridgerton season 4 premiere in Paris, she said the style isn’t something she’s interested in pursuing outside of filming.
"I feel like in our real life, have we started wearing corsets or been inspired by it in our real life? I've got to be honest. I want to get straight into a tracksuit as soon as I'm done [filming]," she said.
