Viewers are all saying the same thing after watching Millie Bobby Brown's latest Netflix movie.

Millie is used to engaging audiences thanks to her previous Netflix show, Stranger Things and now the actor has similarly captivated viewers in a brand new movie.

Millie's new film, Damsel, which dropped on the streaming service on Friday (March 8) sees her take on the role of Elodie, a princess whose fairy tale gets turned upside down when the man she believed to be her Prince Charming instead sacrifices her to a dragon.

In an interview with Netflix's Tudum, she explained: “She’s a damsel who doesn’t need to be saved. She saves herself in many ways. It subverts what you expect: You’re expecting the prince to turn around and save her, and… no. Don’t wait for the prince.”

The actor also opened up about her task of creating the character of Elodie, saying: “I couldn’t draw from anything because I’ve personally never read a story like Damsel.

People are loving Damsel.

“With Eleven, I’m able to draw from Mad Max. Or, with Enola Holmes, I’m able to draw a little bit from Hermione in Harry Potter.

"I couldn’t find anyone for Elodie and so I knew I was going to have to create her, find her along the way, find what her weaknesses and strengths are, and really create a life and a journey for her so that everybody would care about her, believe in her, and root for her.”

Although it's not been on Netflix for long, fans are already gushing about Millie's performance.

They're all saying the exact same thing, and it's all to do with the ending.

If you've not watched, there's spoilers coming up next - you've been warned!

Earlier in the film, Elodie discovers that the family she has married into has been sacrificing innocent women to a dragon due to a previous incident which saw the dragon's children killed.

Elodie escapes, but when her sister Floria is captured instead, she returns to save her.

Elodie goes head-to-head with the dragon, trying to explain that they had both been tricked by the royal family.

She leaves the cave and heads straight to the castle where she interrupts Prince Henry's wedding to another woman.

The Queen asks her if they should be scared of her and she tells them: "It's not me you should fear."

Moments later, the dragon arrives at the castle and kills the royals as well as the other wedding guests.

The dragon becomes Elodie's ally, and she, Lady Bayford and her sister Floria reunite and leave the castle together.

People are loving the ending and many compared it to Game of Thrones - in particular the ending they think Daenerys Targaryen should have gotten instead in the season eight finale.

One wrote: "#Damsel was the Targaryen happy ending I wanted to see in #GameOfThrones."

While another said: "Elodie got the ending Daenerys Targaryen deserved and I thank the writers of this movie for that."

Someone else said: "damsel ending is how game of thrones supposed to end."

Meanwhile, a third added: "So Damsel, in my opinion, was fantastic. It was action-y but not overly so, and I enjoyed the pacing a lot. Story was solid, and the ending was VERY satisfying."

You can watch Damsel on Netflix now.
