Denzel Washington has the sort of career most Hollywood stars could only dream of, but even he admits to having one regret over a movie he turned down.
The 67-year-old actor has an impressive resume with roles in Malcolm X, Philadelphia, Man on Fire, The Equalizer and Training Day.
Washington has also picked up more awards than you can shake a stick at, including two Oscars - best supporting actor for Glory in 1990 and best actor for Training Day in 2002 - a Tony, three Golden Globes and a Screen Actors Guild award.

However, during an interview with Playboy back in 2013 he revealed the one role he was sorry he turned down.
Washington told the publication: “Seven was brought to me years ago. I said no. Brad Pitt wound up playing the part. Go figure. I blew that one. In general I've never been one to go after stuff. I'm not out schmoozing.
"There are enough roles out there for me, and they seem to come along regularly enough. Since my recent Oscar win, I'm getting more offers, though there's a lot of garbage out there, too. It's always hard to find good material.”

The Oscar-winner is currently filming the third Equalizer film, which is set to be released in September next year.
The third movie will see him reunited with Man on Fire co-star Dakota Fanning after almost 20-years.
Fanning was just a kid when she starred as Lupita Ramos in the 2004 flick, alongside Washington who played alcoholic former CIA agent-turned-body guard John Creasy.
Announcing the news back in June, Fanning wrote: My gratitude to share the screen once again with the legend of all legends is endless. Can't wait."

And fans were delighted to see the pair reunited almost two decades on when they posed for a quick photo while filming Equalizer 3 back in October.
Sharing the photo online, Sony Pictures wrote: "Denzel Washington and director Antoine Fuqua are back for The Equalizer 3, joined by Dakota Fanning and Gaia Scodellaro. Now in production on the Amalfi Coast, Italy. TheEqualizer."
Washington announced he’d be reprising the role of Robert McCall back in 2020.

Speaking to Collider at the time he said: “They have written the third Equalizer, so I’m scheduled to do that.
"So I gotta get in shape and start beating people up again. I get to beat people up again."
Can’t wait to see it.
