An autopsy expert has revealed the common act she says results in people’s deaths, while also disclosing some of the most unusual ways people find themselves at her table.

Dolly has performed thousands of autopsies over the past seven years and has a whole host of stories about bizarre instances that have taken place.

The 32-year-old has also set up a TikTok page, yurlocalgothgurl, where she discusses these due to the unrelenting fascination around the macabre on social media.

As you can imagine, she has a few tips on how to stay alive, and they definitely might be worth listening to.

Speaking to Newsweek, she insisted people need to simply avoid provocative phrases during an altercation.

While it might seem a funny thing to say during a tense situation, she insisted that statements like ‘What are you going to do, stab me?’ or 'What are you gonna do? Shoot me?' have, tragically, been the last words of real individuals.

She added: “They are [going to, so] don’t say that. I cannot tell you how many people I have autopsied and those were their last words.”

On the topic of avoidable but unusual deaths, she also said not to trust cheap car jacks and argued this was playing with your life.

"If I was underneath a car, I'm not going to trust the $6.99 Harbor Freight jacks. Your life is worth more than that."

And probably one of the more gruesome ways to meet Dolly is wearing loose clothing near machinery. Dolly said these small oversights can lead to horrific accidents and if LiveLeak taught us anything, it is to be careful near machinery.

But alongside these stories of death, Dolly also outlined one of the simplest ways to stay alive as she revealed this common act that sends many people to the mortuary.

She said people needed to avoid eating steak...now before you start getting defiant, this doesn't apply to everyone.

She said that choking on steak was a common cause of death among elderly individuals.

She said: “You can't chew anymore," she said. "You're going to choke and die, and then you end up in the morgue. And I have to retrieve it from your esophagus. It is disgusting.”

Speaking to the Daily Mail, she reiterated this point and said: “Steak at an advanced or extremely young age is so dangerous. “Please chew your food thoroughly or just skip the steak altogether.”
