The self-proclaimed 'world's most identical twins' have explained why they have decided to take their relationship to new levels by sharing the same partner and trying to get pregnant at the same time.
Anna and Lucy DeCinque, 35, are more than just twins; they have countless similarities between them. First of all, they do the same job, have the same bathroom routine, and also settle down for the evening at the same time too.
But perhaps the biggest similarity between the pair is that they share the same partner, Ben Byrne, a fellow twin, who they are also engaged to.
"We just feel like we’re one person." Anna and Lucy have previously explained on TLC's Extreme Sisters. The sisters have previously said the relationship allows them to be together no matter what, and avoids the risk of separate partners driving a wedge between them.

Anna and Lucy had been attempting to conceive, but have faced their challenges in having a baby.

Speaking on the TLC programme in 2022, Ben said: "We were trying to have babies, we have decided to put it on hold for now. There have been a lot of difficulties."
Anna then said: "Motherhood is beautiful but if I'm not doing it with my sister, I'm not doing it at all. It can't happen. It won't work. I don't even want to think about it because I know we'll be miserable."
The twins' bond has been criticised by some viewers, with Anna and Lucy previously saying that being involved on Extreme Sisters has made them 'more extreme'.
"It made us realize how much we love each other and really can't live without each other. And we work as one person," they added to Business Insider.
Anna and Lucy have been dating Ben for over a decade and they explained how the relationship has managed to withstand the test of time.
"He always treated us equally. He never separates us, and he doesn't want to take us out separately," they added.
For example, if Ben decides to kiss one of the sisters, the other receives a peck shortly after. You can't say it's not fair.
"People need to accept it. Maybe people don't agree with it, but we're not hurting anyone. Love is love. That's what we've always said," the famous twins added.
They concluded: "We feel like we're one person. We can never, ever be apart and we would never choose to be. This is how we want live our life. We want to grow old together, die together."
