Sydney Sweeney spent Monday morning doing something most people would never dream of attempting, strapping herself to the top of a moving plane and letting the pilot send it upside down.
The Euphoria star shared footage of the stunt on social media showing her standing on top of the aircraft as it performed a series of aerial maneuvers, including a full barrel roll and multiple loops, all while she remained fastened to the wing.
Sweeney didn't shy away from the danger of the moment, captioning the clip: "Decided to strap myself to a plane and go upside down."
Alongside the video, Sweeney took a playful swipe at Hollywood's reigning stunt king, telling Tom Cruise to 'watch out'.

Cruise has spent decades building a reputation for performing his own high-risk sequences, from clinging to the side of a plane in Mission: Impossible-Rogue Nation to skydiving stunts in later installments of the franchise.
Despite hanging onto the outside of an aircraft as it flipped through the sky, Sweeney appeared composed throughout the footage, holding steady even as the plane rolled and looped overhead.

What else has Sydney Sweeney been doing this summer?
The wing-walking stunt is just the latest in a run of adrenaline-fueled outings for Sweeney this summer.
She recently completed a tandem bungee jump in New Zealand alongside her boyfriend, Scooter Braun, throwing themselves off a towering cliff together.
The couple have also been photographed enjoying more relaxed moments away from the stunts. TMZ reported the pair were spotted soaking up the sun together during a trip to Mallorca earlier this month.
Sweeney also leaned into a bit of costume fun recently, dressing as Wonder Woman as part of her Camp '26 celebrations.

There's no word yet on where the stunt was filmed or who piloted the aircraft during the sequence, and Sweeney has not provided further detail beyond the caption shared with the video.
As her summer with Braun continues, though, it looks like the pair are intent on packing in as many high-octane experiences as possible before it wraps up.
Sweeney has also been busy back closer to home.
Earlier this month, the actress returned to her hometown of Spokane, Washington, to help distribute free meals to residents affected by the area's devastating wildfires.
She was spotted outside the Women and Children's Free Restaurant and Community Kitchen, pitching in as the fires forced more than 65,000 people from their homes in what's been described as the region's worst natural disaster on record.
Her partnership with American Eagle has also been put to use for the cause, with the brand extending its collaboration with Sweeney into wildfire relief efforts for her home state throughout August.
Sydney Sweeney's next major upcoming film and television projects include starring roles in The Housemaid's Secret, Netflix's live-action Gundam, and a Kim Novak biopic titled Scandalous.
