Timothée Chalamet has sharply shut down questions about his relationship with Kylie Jenner.
Dune star Chalamet and social media personality Jenner have been dating since 2023, with the pair walking the red carpet together in May at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Rome.
Jenner, who is a mom-of-two with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott, would later join Chalamet on 6 October at the world premiere of Marty Supreme, and the pair would be seen together again at a New York Yankees playoff game a couple of days later on 8 October.
But while they have been spotted in public together on numerous occasions, Chalamet has been guarded about his relationship in interviews.

In a recent interview with Vogue for the December cover story, the star shut down a question about the relationship with a blunt answer.

The outlet questioned Chalamet about not having opened up about his relationship with Jenner, and he gave a succinct explanation.
"I don’t say that with any fear, I just don’t have anything to say," he said.
But while he has been unwilling to offer up any specifics of his own relationship, Chalamet did give some indication as to how he might approach a relationship.
He said: “I had a friend of mine in school — a girl named Grace — and her parents had the most beautiful, amazing marriage.
“This is not in context of being great, so this is a little tangential, but it showed me excellence can exist without it being arduous.”
Chalamet added: “You don’t have to be selfish to be great, no. And I know, because I’ve worked with directors who are incredible and who are incredibly present in their family life."
But who did Chalamet name as a director who is brilliant and also involved in family life?

It was the director of Dune, Denis Villeneuve, with Chalamet saying that Villeneuve seems very capable of balancing his personal life with the highly demanding schedule of filming Dune: Part Three.
"I’m just amazed by him," said Chalamet. "It was his birthday two days ago, and one of his kids flew themselves out as a surprise, and he’s hugging him, and he’s weeping on set, and people are taking videos.
"Denis is a total master of his craft, and he’s a great family man.”
Dune: Part Three will be released in cinemas in December 2026, and will move into the second book in Frank Herbert's iconic science fiction series, Dune: Messiah.
The book picks up after Chalamet's character Paul Atreides has embarked on his galactic jihad, and follows his fall from power.
