Diddy trial latest as former assistant claims rapper tracked Cassie's car

'Mia' detailed instances of alleged violence she witnessed too

Warning: This article contains allegations of sexual assault which some readers may find distressing.

As Diddy's trial continues, more allegations have emerged surrounding how he would treat ex-girlfriend Cassie.

The music producer, 55, was arrested in September and has been accused of racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, among other charges.

Combs has repeatedly denied all the charges against him, pleading not guilty.

The trial of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs kicked off on Monday May 12, with his former partner Cassie Ventura, known as Cassie, giving a detailed testimony about her on-off 11-year relationship with him.

Cassie alleged Combs forced her to participate in so-called 'freak-off' sex parties, which she claimed involved her having sex with a male escort as Diddy watched on, as well as several instances of physical violence.

We've since heard from Diddy's former employee, Capricorn Clark, who claims she witnessed Diddy being violent towards Cassie.

Elsewhere, former assistants, hotel managers and even Cassie's former partner, Kid Cudi, have all taken to the stand.

As the trial entered its fourth week of testimony on Monday (June 2), another one of Combs' former employees continued her cross-examination on the stand.

Using the pseudonym Mia, the woman made a series of claims, including that Diddy had sexually assaulted her while she was his personal assistant, reports ABC News. She worked from him between 2009 and 2017.

Although Mia began meeting with federal prosecutors in late 2023, she didn’t disclose the alleged sexual assault until June 2024.

She explained that she was terrified and processing trauma, and it took time to fully articulate her experience.

She described speaking about the alleged assault as 'the worst thing I ever had to talk about in my life.'

When asked why she'd continued to express 'love and admiration' for Diddy on social media, she testified that they were part of her professional duties.

Elsewhere, Mia testified that Combs once threw a computer at her head, and she also witnessed Combs slam Ventura’s head into a bed frame.

She implied she couldn’t document or post about these events publicly due to fear and control Combs had over her.

Another time, Mia recounted escaping Combs with Ventura in Turks and Caicos by paddle boarding out to sea - a dramatic claim questioned by the defense for lack of documentation.

She also claimed that Combs placed a tracker on Ventura’s car, and would take both her and Ventura's phones.

“He has stolen my phone many times, he has stolen Cassie’s phone many times, he has put tracking devices on her car,” Mia claimed.

Tuesday's day in court concluded with testimony from Sylvia Oken, manager of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

She said Combs checked into the Beverly Hills Hotel under aliases like 'Frank Black' or 'Phillip Pines' and Ventura would be listed under Combs' profile as a guest.

Oken testified that Combs once incurred an extra $300 charge to clean the drapes and another $500 charge to clean 'oil damage,' claiming the charge reflected something 'beyond the scope of what we'd normally clean.'

The trial continues on Tuesday (June 3), when we're expected to hear from InterContinental Hotel employee, Eddie Garcia.

In response to the news of Combs' arrest last year, his attorney Marc Agnifilo told UNILAD at the time: "We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

"Sean 'Diddy' Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.

"To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court."

The trial is expected to last around eight weeks. If convicted, Combs faces up to life in prison.

UNILAD has previously contacted representatives for Combs and Ventura for comment.
