The Black Sabbath frontman died last week aged 76 at his UK estate after living with Parkinson's disease in his latter years.
Ozzy performed in his hometown of Birmingham with Black Sabbath just weeks before his passing, with the Brummie raising a whopping $190 million for charity.
A family statement confirmed Ozzy had died last week.

It read: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."
Where is Ozzy Osbourne's funeral?
Ozzy's funeral is taking place in Birmingham on Wednesday (July 30) with a procession traveling down Broad Street. Fans will be out in there numbers in the Second City to pay their respects to the 'Prince of Darkness' as he is laid to rest.

The procession will pause at the Black Sabbath bench and bridge, as a live brass band performance by musicians from Bostin’ Brass will take place.
Ozzy's wife, Sharon, along with the couple's three children Aimee, Kelly, and Jack will be in attendance for both the procession and private funeral.
However, it remains unclear whether Louis and Jessica, Ozzy's two children from his first marriage to Thelma Riley, will join the rest of the Osbournes.
Likewise, questions remain as to whether the Black Sabbath frontman's adopted son, Elliot Kingsley, will be in attendance.

The procession is expected to begin around 1pm local time (8am EST/5am PT) in Birmingham along Broad Street. It will conclude at the Black Sabbath Bench, where a mountain of flowers have been placed by fans to pay their respects.

Speaking of the event on Wednesday, Birmingham's Mayor, councillor Zafar Iqbal, said: "Ozzy was more than a music legend – he was a son of Birmingham.
"Having recently been awarded the Freedom of the City and following his celebrated appearance at the Back to the Beginning concert at Villa Park earlier this month, it was important to the city that we support a fitting, dignified tribute ahead of a private family funeral."
