Morena Baccarin hated kissing Ryan Reynolds and filming two-day sex scene with him in Deadpool

You'd think an A-lister like Ryan Reynolds would leave a lasting impression on anyone he kisses... well, it seems you'd be wrong.

Morena Baccarin spent two days lipsing the Canadian heartthrob and actually compared it to 'kissing a giant latex condom'.

Blake Lively, if - for some reason - you're reading this, before you see red and go ape s*** on your husband and baby daddy, he was only carrying out his acting duties while filming Deadpool.

If you've seen the 2016 movie then you're probably aware of the sex 'scene', I say scene but really it's multiple scenes depicting an entire year of intimacy.

Baccarin was tasked with kissing her on-screen partner during the original Deadpool film and its sequel in 2018, with Baccarin playing the protagonist's fiancée, Vanessa Carlysle.

While Reynolds of course played Wade Wilson, whose 'superhero' name is Deadpool.

In all fairness to the Wrexham owner, he was wearing a mask for the jam-packed sex scene montage - and Baccarin did applaud how professional he was during it.

The hilarious scene sees the pair dress up in different outfits to celebrate different seasons and festivities that take place throughout the calendar year.

They celebrate Valentine's Day, International Women's Day, Christmas as well as other national holidays.

Conan O'Brien interviewed Baccarin about the movie in 2017, and she went into detail about the X-rated two-day shoot.

She said: "[The film] was really fun... minus the two days of sex scenes, it was wonderful, the whole experience."

The Greenland star continued: "It took two days to shoot the sex scene, because I think it was us making sweet love for an entire calendar year. So it was all the holidays, you know. So we dressed differently for every one."

Speaking to People magazine back in 2018, Baccarin explained that Deadpool's costume really didn't do much for Reynolds.

"I keep saying that kissing him in that mask is like kissing a giant latex condom," she said.

"It basically just smells like rubber the entire time."

That's not what you want to hear from someone you're kissing, is it?

With that said, however, Baccarin has commented on how her co-star made the whole ordeal bearable due to his professionalism.

"[T]here's a lot of laughing. And that stuff is always uncomfortable," she told Collider in 2015. "But, we made the best of it."

Baccarin continued: "By the end of the day you're like 'Okay, where do you want me, how do you-?' You're like spreading your legs and you're like whatever, it's just, you get so used to each other."
