Kourtney Kardashian has discretely confirmed the arrival of her fourth child, but not everyone is happy.
Kardashian recently welcomed a son with husband Travis Barker - the first for the pair.
Meanwhile, she shares Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight, with ex partner Scott Disick.

Barker also has kids from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler; Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17.
He's close to his step daughter from his marriage to Moakler, 24-year-old Atiana, as well.
And now the Kardashian-Barker brood is even bigger after the Blink 182 drummer welcomed a son with the eldest of the Kardashian clan in recent days.
The pair are yet to release a statement or any photos of their new bundle of joy, but Kardashian confirmed his arrival in a gushing birthday tribute to Barker.
"To my husband, my soulmate, my best friend, my lover, my daddy to our baby boy, my everything… I wish you the happiest birthday," she wrote.
"You make all of my dreams come true and I feel so blessed to have you by my side. I love you beyond words, forever."
Next to the caption was a series of photos - some of which have sparked criticism.
In some snaps, a then-pregnant Kardashian is seen wearing a white vest and jeans as a shirtless Barker rests his hands on her stomach, while in other photos the 44-year-old is also topless.
One snap in particular shows her facing the camera baring her blossoming bump as Barker stands behind her and holds her breasts.
Sounds like a typical day in the Kardashian-Barker household, to be honest.
With the racy nature of the snaps in mind, some of Kardashian's 224 million followers had a lot to say.
"I love you but these pictures are gross," said one.
"We could've definitely lived happily without seeing these pics," said another.
A third added: "All the money you've got and you can't get tasteful maternity photos?"
"Weird to sexualize maternity pictures but ok," another Instagram user chimed in.
But others took the time to gush about Kardashian and Barker's romance.
"Wow. To find a love like this is so delicate and precious. It seems like an eternity away," someone said.
"So happy for you two," another added in the wake of their baby joy.
"The chemistry between you and Travis is indescribable," another person penned to the reality TV star.
"You've both come so far and you should be so proud."
The loved-up pair haven't announced the name of their newborn son, but Barker is thought to have previously revealed that they were planning on naming him Rocky Thirteen Barker.
