Kim Kardashian is set to take on another acting role - and, naturally, people have a lot to say about it.
And now people are split after reports she's landed a new gig.
Despite being mainly known for her appearances on reality TV, Kardashian has already built up a reasonable acting portfolio.
She made her acting debut in the 2008 spoof comedy Disaster Movie, as well as an appearance in Temptation: Confession of a Marriage Counselor.
She's also done some voice work in two Paw Patrol movies.
Her most recent foray into drama in American Horror Story met with a mixed reception.
Speaking about the role to Variety, Kardashian said: "It's a challenge. I like to challenge myself."
However, some criticised the move as 'stunt casting' designed to amp up marketing for the series.
She admitted that the backlash to her AHS casting was upsetting - with her eventually turning to Salma Hayek for advice.
And now her latest role is already causing plenty of discussion.
Kardashian appears to be turning her hand to comedy with a role in new project The 5th Wheel.
This has been billed as a 'female-driven comedy' written by alumnus of Saturday Night Live Paula Pell.
Pell is set to co-produce the project with Kardashian and her co-star of Wine Country Janine Brito.
Deadline has reported that Kardashian has so far been 'hands on' throughout the process of getting the film made.
The reality star has reportedly appeared at every meeting so far to pitch the film.
The announcement of Kardashian taking on a comedy role has already met with a mixed reception.
Some have been left delighted at the news of her latest venture.
One person wrote: "This woman!!! She's always in her bag & exploring new ventures. I want be like her when I grow up."
Another said: "Why do I feel like she will nail that cos she can be so unintentionally hilarious sometimes."
But others were a little less excited at the prospect of Kardashian taking on further roles on screen.
One person wrote: "Coming for 0% on rotten tomatoes."
Another posted: "A worse movie than Green Lantern is finally going to drop."
One other person took a more middle of the road stance, saying: "Well, why not. Good luck."
