Scott Disick made a joke speculating why Kim Kardashian is blessed with a large butt.
It's not been the easiest time lately for Kim after she had a health scare when a doctor found an aneurysm in her brain.
The scan came not long after Kim attempted to pass the California bar exam, which would allow her to follow in her father's footsteps and practice law.
Unfortunately, Kim was not successful in her attempt this time round, despite studying for a gruelling 10 hours a day to try and pass.

Between studying, filming her reality shows, looking after her children, and a health scare it's been a stressful time for Kim lately.
But Scott had a theory about how she manages to remain relatively calm despite all the stress with a cheeky joke.
In an episode of The Kardashians on 27 November, Kim opened up about how stressed she was feeling.
“I’m so busy in my life,” she said. “The Bar is in two months. I have the Met Gala. I have my robbery trial coming up. Oh, and I might have a brain aneurysm, no biggie.”
In an interview later on, she admitted: “Sometimes I just feel like snapping but I just can’t. My only focus and job is to really just be strong for my kids.”
Scott reflected on how Kim is able to hold it together.
He said: “I’ve always wondered why Kim has been able to stay so calm during pretty much anything. I mean, she could get into a fist fight with one of her sisters and then be like, ‘Should I get green tea or Earl tea?’ And I’m like, ‘I think you just assaulted somebody.’”
Scott went on to joke about how Kim deals with her emotions, saying: “She’s able to bottle up her emotions. Not sure where they go. Maybe she’s tucking them under her butt, that’s why it’s so big.”
Kim underwent a brain scan, and had previously reassured viewers that everything 'works out'.
Nonetheless, she warned people that it's always a good idea to go and get checked out if you think that something might be seriously wrong.
"It's just a good measure to go," she said.
"Make sure that you always check everything. Health is wealth, and you just have to be careful with everything that you do."
A previous scan had revealed an aneurysm in her brain, which doctors said had been there 'for years'.
