Kesha being sent care package after mom's dog chewed up her $250 vibrator

It's been a tumultuous week for Kesha.

The popstar hopped out of bed a few days ago to find that her mom's dog had devoured her vibrator. Seriously.

Taking to Twitter, Kesha opened up about the heartbreaking moment, telling her fans that she was utterly distraught by it all.

Sharing the news with her some three million followers, the 36-year-old said she couldn't believe what had just happened.

"Woke up this morning and saw my mom's dog chewed my $250 vibrator to pieces I'm livid," she revealed.

As you can imagine, there were a lot of people out there who felt her pain.

Commenting on her post, one user said: "I would be miserable without my vibrator, I’ve trained my dogs to fear those kinds of objects."

Another joked: "We’ve all been there."

While revealing her own nightmare story, someone else added: I know it’s crazy, but I’ve been there and I feel your pain.

"My boxer did this & it was my mom who found him chewing/barking at it… all while somehow turning it on, then my current dog jumped up on my dresser & ripped my WE vibe off the charger and chewed it to pieces."

Others, however, were just stunned at how much a vibrator costs these days.

"What vibrator is $250!?!?! What does it look like?" asked one fan.

So in a desperate attempt to find a solution, Kesha tweeted sex toy company We Vibe to see if they could help.

"@wevibe for the love of god hook a bish up," the singer asked.

Well, it looks like the company has come to the rescue, and is sending the singer a car package to help her out at this time of great need.

Speaking to TMZ, the firm confirmed that it had reached out to Kesha and was planning on gifting her a big box of goodies.

In a photo shared with the outlet, a woman dressed as a large clitoris can be seen holding a shoe box filled with a veritable plethora of sex aids.

While it's not clear whether or not the human clitoris will be hand delivering the replacement items to Kesha, news of its arrival will no doubt be music to her ears.

Let's just hope she's able to keep her new one out of the reach of any canine companions in the future, eh?
