A Joe Rogan podcast guest has gone viral after guessing a private piece of information not even his wife knew.
When it comes to secrets in relationships, it's best to keep them few and far between.
Sure, our partners might not know every little detail about us - like our card PINs or banking info.

But when Joe Rogan was joined by mentalist Oz Pearlman for the latest episode of his podcast, the magician somehow figured out exactly that.
The jaw-dropping moment, shared by Collin Rugg on X, formerly Twitter, has since been viewed 6.8 million times.
After discussing how Joe had been married to wife Jessica Ditzel for 16 years, Pearlman asks Rogan to think of an important number for him to guess - moreover, one that the guest couldn’t possibly know.
They talk about social security numbers before settling on Rogan’s ATM PIN.

Pearlman asks Rogan to think up a random four-digit number, unrelated to his actual code, and he offers up 2020.
From there, Pearlman begins his psychological wizardry.
Using Rogan’s fake number - and what we can only assume is subtle language cues and micro-reactions - he zeroes in on clues.

Pearlman says most men have the instinct to 'go higher' and correctly guesses that the first digit of the real PIN is one, since it must be lower than the first number of his fake PIN, which is a two.
Other clues include Rogan using repetition in his made-up number of 2020, making Pearlman think there's repetition in his actual PIN code too.
He also correctly guesses that the numbers two and zero weren't in Rogan's actual code since he used them in the guess.
As the trick unfolds, Rogan becomes increasingly uneasy.

Now confident in his guess, Pearlman writes the full PIN number out on a note pad, so as not to expose it to Rogan's millions of listeners.
Confirming that that was, indeed, his PIN number, Rogan's face is painted with pure disbelief.

"That's weird..." he says, taking a moment to process, before half-joking: "I'm skeptical because I got that PIN code in the mail..."

People had mixed reactions to the clip, with many questioning Pearlman's methods.
"I always wonder why these mentalist aren't filthy rich from winning the lottery all the time, betting on sports, or cleaning up in Vegas," one social media user pondered.
"That's wild, but there's usually a method behind these 'mind reading' tricks, often combining cold reading, subtle physical cues, and psychology," a second reasoned. "Still impressive execution though, made Joe squirm."
"Guarantee he would not guess mine," another confident listener added.

The discussion continued over on Reddit, where one fan commented: "One of the coolest episodes in a very long time."
"This is one of the best episodes in this pod’s history," a second agreed. "Incredible mind f**ks."
A third resolved: "I think this guy was exactly what this audience needed."
