Gypsy Rose Blanchard has given an optimistic update about her love life despite perceived difficulties.

After leaving prison, the 32-year-old has continued to grab headlines as she adapts to life after her jail sentence.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard served eight years in jail for her role in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, alongside her then-boyfriend, Nicholas 'Nick' Godejohn.

She stunned the world by already having a budding romance, as she was then reunited with the man she had married while in prison, Ryan Anderson.

But just three months after she was released, the pair separated.

Speaking on the end of the romance, she wrote on social media: "People have been asking what is going on in my life,

"Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.

"I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now, I need time to let myself find… who I am."

In the wake of the news of their split, Anderson has claimed that Blanchard has been linked to her ex-boyfriend, Ken Urker.

In an interview with Extra, Blanchard explained just how this new relationship is going.

"We are very happy together. We have a long history together. We always had a really close friendship that made for a great relationship. We are in a good spot right now."

Speaking to TMZ, she also shared an image of the pair lovingly smooching, cementing their rekindled romance.

She also told the outlet: “After reconnecting earlier this month, we realized that our love for each other is simply undeniable, and life is too short to not take a chance.

"We have a history that made for the perfect foundation for a new beginning. We are together and in a wonderful place in our relationship. We know it is going to be a long road ahead but are excited for the future."

Blanchard has also said she doesn’t want people to solely focus on her past or her relationships as she has a new docuseries coming out.

"I just really hope that people take away that I am just an average woman coming out into society trying to reacclimate, trying to adjust, doing the best she can,” she said.

“My life is going to be full of missteps and mishaps but some achievements as well. I am learning who I am as an individual... My life is very unique... I hope people take away that I am just a person and just trying to do the best I can moving forward with my life."
