Drake might be good at a lot of things but gambling doesn’t seem to be one of them as the star loses $1 million dollars on a single Super Bowl bet.
Drake has cemented himself in both pop culture and the music scene, releasing hits regularly, often boasting about his influence and wealth in his songs.
But boy... he really isn’t good at gambling.
The star is so bad that fans have taken to calling his gambling woes the 'Drake curse'.

It is pretty simple, if Drake shares a screenshot of a bet, or says he has put money on an athlete, team or whatever to win, they will lose.
That is exactly what happened with the Super Bowl this year.
The star shared on Instagram that he was putting down $1 million on the New England Patriots to beat the Seattle Seahawks.
When it came to Super Bowl Sunday getting underway, the night would end with the Seahawks victory, 29-13 over the Patriots.

Ahead of their win, people even took to commenting on Drake’s Instagram post that they were glad that they would now be guaranteed a win thanks to the Drake curse, if they bet against him.
One user wrote: “Glad I took the Seahawks, Drake you my guy but holy you’re cursed when it comes to betting sports. I know every single time to take the opposite of whoever you think is going to win, that’s how bad it is.”
With another adding: “I literally pray for your success in all things except for this. Go Hawks.”
A third wrote: “You should bet against anything Drake supports. When will you realize he is cursed.”
With another simply writing: “Drake curse. Let’s go Seahawks.”
The Drake Curse isn’t just reserved for football, however, as the star lost $200,000 when he put a bet on Jake Paul to beat Anthony Joshua in their boxing match.
Hilariously, the YouTuber fighting the former Heavyweight champion went as well as you might expect, and Paul was left spitting up blood after Joshua broke his jaw in two places.
While people on social media joke about Drake *never* being right when it comes to betting, he may actually be up overall.
From 83 bets Drake has disclosed publicly, the 39-year-old has wagered a whopping $36.75 million - and has seen a return of $36.17 million, according to a website dedicated to investigating the Drake Curse, aptly named, TheDrakeCurse.com.
