Cardi B's boyfriend Stefon Diggs is still embroiled in a row over the paternity of a child, not long after it was announced he was expecting a baby with the 'Bodak Yellow' rapper.
While Cardi B is not involved, Diggs is still locked in the dispute over the paternity of the child of social media influencer Aileen Lopera.
It's all a little confusing, but the main thrust of the disagreement is that Lopera is claiming that Diggs is the father of her child.
Meanwhile, for his part, Diggs is contesting this and has said he is 'not certain' he is the father, according to court documents shared with The Sun US.

In the documents, it was revealed that Lopera has filed a petition for a paternity test to settle the question once and for all.
Tamar Arminak is a lawyer representing Aileen in the ongoing dispute, and has spoken that she is hopeful that Diggs will 'acknowledge' that the child, a baby girl, is his.

Speaking to The US Sun, Arminak said in a statement: "My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter in Los Angeles."

Cardi announced that she was expecting last week, saying during an appearance on CBS Mornings: "I'm having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs."
Opening up about how she is feeling, the musician said: "I'm happy. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I'm doing all this work — but I'm doing all this work while I'm creating a baby."
UNILAD has contacted Stefon Diggs' management for comment.

Stefon Diggs and Cardi B have been romantically linked since around October 2024.
It comes after Cardi announced that she and fellow rapper Offset would be getting a divorce.
Taking to Instagram Live, she confirmed that she and Offset were no longer together, saying: “I have been single for a minute now, but I have been afraid... not afraid I just don’t know how to tell the world."
In a later post on Twitter, Cardi wrote: "[Offset] you a b***h ass n**** and trust me imma f**king take it there.”

In another post, she added: “Mother f**ker will try you when you are at your lowest and your most vulnerable time. You out here feeling yourself but trust me tables turn."
A previous interview on SiriusXM's The Morning Mash Up saw Cardi admit that she 'never would've thought' that she and Offset would get married.
"We're very different from each other. Yin and yang for real," she said. "But one thing that we like both love, we both love family. We are each other's support system.
