Harry Styles took to the main stage at Coachella complete with an incredible outfit, killer songs, and Shania Twain.

Yep, that's right, Styles was singing in the desert with everyone's favourite country queen.

The duo, who we hope are besties in real life, sang two of Twain's absolute crackers: Man! I Feel Like a Woman! and You're Still the One.

Speaking about his special guest star, Styles explained: "This lady taught me to sing," before adding: "She also told me that men are trash."

The former One Direction star also performed two new unreleased songs from his upcoming album, Harry's House.

Naturally, people took to Twitter to comment on the performance, with an overwhelming outpouring of support.

Twain led the tributes to the Watermelon Sugar singer, writing: "Music icon. Fashion icon. And true friend I am honored and thrilled to have joined @Harry_Styles onstage for his @coachella debut. What a magical moment!! And I mean c'mon... WHAT A SHOW I'm a huge fan! Grateful we got to create this memory together - Thank you Harry."

Others shared in Twain's enthusiasm, with one writing: "The Fact that Harry Styles is still in his 20s, having a Grammy & Guiness expressing himself as LOUD as he can, feeling comfortable in his own skin, releasing music he loves & owning a stage before 125K people at Coachella singing Boyfriends makes me Goddamn proud #HarryStyles."

Another added: "Harry’s Coachella performance was incredible but what made it even more special was knowing that all over the world, friends I’ve made on Twitter were watching it too, while eating their breakfasts, dinners or midnight snacks, & sharing this fabulous experience."

The World Music Awards Twitter account chimed in: "#HarryStyles gives Superstar performance at #Coachella looking gorgeous in a stunning sequined jumpsuit and oozing confidence with powerful vocals, performing 2 new songs in anteprima and a surprise duet with Country Legend #ShaniaTwain!"

Others were quick to draw attention this Style's incredible outfit: "No thoughts, just #HarryStyles removing his fur coat to reveal his rainbow jumpsuit. This will live in my mind rent free #Coachella."

Styles' headline set was one of the most talked-about moments at Coachella, which returned this weekend after a two-year break due to the Covid pandemic.

The desert festival takes place in Indio, California and attracts people from across the world, with other acts including Billie Eilish and Megan Thee Stallion.
