Emily Ratajkowski says women shouldn't be blamed if they get with someone in a relationship

The model spoke out after Sumner Stroh claimed she had an affair with Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.

Emily Ratajkowski claims men who cheat while in a relationship should be held accountable rather than blaming the woman who they had an affair with.

Her remarks come after a 23-year-old influencer claimed to have had an affair with Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine last year.

Instagram model Sumner Stroh had accused Levine of cheating on his wife Behati Prinsloo with her and even wanted to name his baby after her.

There has been a lot of chatter about the allegations, including from 90210 actor Sara Foster, who ripped into Stroh for allegedly getting with a married man.

After Foster aired her grievances with Stroh, Ratajkowski fired back by stitching her video on TikTok.

She replied, saying: “I'm going to try not to go the f**k off right now. I just couldn't disagree more.

“I don't understand why we continue to blame women for men's mistakes, especially when you're talking about 20-something year old women dealing with men in positions of power who are twice their age.

“The power dynamic is so skewed, it's ridiculous.

"Like, it's predatory, it's manipulative, I can't imagine, I do not agree.

“Also, if you're the one in the relationship, you're the one who's obligated to be loyal. So, the whole other woman, they're to blame, that's bad. And it's literally designed to keep women apart.”

In a second video, the Gone Girl star claimed the behaviour of blaming the ‘other’ woman was ‘sexism’ and ‘classic misogyny’.

Stroh had addressed the controversy without directly naming Adam or Sumner.

Within her scathing attack, she said: “You knew this man was married, okay, and you participated.

"You could have easily ignored the messages.

"You knew he was married. We do not feel sorry for you.”

Levine had pleaded his innocence to suggestions that the relationship with Stroh had been physical, although admitted he had been ‘inappropriate’ with the young woman.

He said: "A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air. I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner.

"I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.

"In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family."

He added: "My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naïve and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make.

"I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together."
