Combs was arrested last September while he was in New York and faces a whole host of charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.
Combs has denied all the charges against him.

Speaking in court May 13, Cassie claimed that Diddy kissed her in August 2007 on her 21st birthday in Las Vegas after a VMA event.

Answering questions from Assistant United States Attorney Emily Johnson, she said that his moods would vary day to day and that when it ‘swung’, he would show ‘anger’.
Speaking of how it impacted her, she said: “Greatly. The next thing I knew I was getting hit in the face. There was also psychological abuse. He'd tell me to watch my mouth, change my face.”
Diddy has faced accusations of violence following the release of a CCTV recording from 2016 that allegedly showed him attacking Cassie in a hotel hallway.
