People are cringing after video resurfaces of Demi Moore kissing 15-year-old boy

People have been left disturbed after seeing a resurfaced video of Demi Moore kissing a 15-year-old boy.

The video was reportedly shot in 1982 and shows Moore, who was 19 years old at the time, kissing General Hospital co-star Philip Tanzini.

The clip was first shown by Entertainment Tonight, but has re-emerged on social media leaving viewers concerned over Tanzini's age.

Moore and Tanzini even joked that they would get married and hope that Moore's husband at the time Freddy Moore didn't find out.

One section of the clip shows Moore turning towards her co-star before kissing him, with the pair kissing until a singer begins performing 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow'.

Later in the video, the two are being interviewed at a table with a small child between them.

Despite this Moore, still leans over to kiss Tanzini.

After kissing the 15-year-old, Moore tells the interviewer: "He's one of my favourite people ever," adding: "I love Philip."

Tanzini then jokes at the end of the segment: "We're going to get married by the way, don't let her husband find out," to which Moore says, "I can't wait."

While shot back in the 1980s, the footage has circulated on social media with many viewers remarking how they found it 'disturbing' and 'creepy'.

One Twitter user wrote: "Demi Moore kissing a 15 year old boy. Because she could."

Many people pointed out it was wholly inappropriate behaviour, despite some flippant remarks from some men joking they'd enjoy kissing a famous actor.

One said: "This kiss wasn’t a quick peck on the cheek, or even the lips. It wasn’t a one-time thing, either.

"And I really don’t care that it was from a woman, let alone Demi Moore. It’s disturbing — at the very least, extremely uncomfortable."

A second addressed the people saying they'd enjoy it directly, writing: "Been reading these responses and some err on the ‘good on you, boy’, but why wouldn’t you question why an older actress is properly kissing a 15 year old school boy?

"Those are real kisses and not a quick peck on the lips. Too weird. Ask questions always."

A third asked if they would react the same way if the genders were swapped, saying: "If she was a man and that was a 15 year old girl what would you think?"
