Offset's reason to a spousal support filing has been detailed after Cardi B shocked fans with a breakdown of monthly costs for their children.
Cardi B was with fellow rapper Offset from 2017 till 2024, and the pair share three children, the most recent being born in September last year after their second divorce filing had gone through.
It was TMZ that initially reported that Offset requested spousal support, but no specific amount was detailed.
A spokesperson for Offset told The Breakfast Club the rapper 'does not need the money' amid recent reports, and that his estranged wife 'was trying to come at him on things that were not fair'.

Offset's reported reasoning for the filing is because Cardi was allegedly asking for 'everything', including properties and cars.
On top of that, Offset filed the spousal support 'because Cardi B is barely ever with their kids', according to his spokesperson.
Cardi promptly hit back at the claims, saying in a recording that was posted on social media: "The fact that I'm waking up right now to see that this f*** n**** and his f*** ass team, I know it's not his team, I know it's his b**** a**, gonna tell The Breakfast Club the only reason why this motherf***er asking for spousal support [is] because I was asking for everything and because I don't be with my kids...
"Yo, you such a f***ing p**** ass n****."
Amid all of that, Cardi has revealed how much she spends on her children and it definitely surprised a lot of fans.
According to Cardi, her kids Kulture, six, Wave, three, and Blossom, 8 months, share a driver who earns a decent wage for a month's work.
"Y'all want to know what's the kids' bills? Start adding," Cardi said. "My kids got their own driver. The kids' driver is on a retainer for $10,000 a month."
The singer did not clarify however how much was actually spent.
Cardi then accused Offset of not helping out financially for Kulture’s private school tuition costs, which she said amounted to around $45,000.
On top of that, she noted both Kulture and Wave get tutoring four times a week.
Cardi has also claimed her two eldest children have a ton of hobbies, and are both into their music and sports.
She said: “Kulture's piano class - that's $300 an hour, and she gets piano classes three times a week. I'm not sure how much gymnastics and Wave's boxing classes, but I pay for that, too.”
The rapper has also explained that her cousin often babysits her children for $3,000 a week on top of what she pays her own nanny. The nanny reportedly is paid a whopping $500 each shift because ‘she's only staying in the daytime'.
