The outlet reported that the 83-year-old wanted to do a test to make sure his 29-year-girlfriend Noor Alfallah's child was his.
Sources close to the actor have told TMZ the actor was ‘shocked’ as he believed he couldn’t impregnate anyone due to 'medical issues'.
Alfallah obliged to get a DNA test, which eventually confirmed that Pacino still had some swimmers left.
UNILAD has approached Pacino's management and Alfallah for comment.
There has been some speculation from news outlets that the actor wasn't aware of the pregnancy for months.
However, a source told the Daily Mail that Pacino wasn't kept in the dark about the upcoming baby.
They said the Scarface star was 'overjoyed to learn that he is expecting a fourth baby', even though it was 'not expected'.
TMZ first broke the news that she was eight months pregnant.
The actor and Alfallah have reportedly been dating since April last year.
A source close to the couple told Page Six: “Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic. She mostly dates very rich older men… She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well.
“The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father.
“She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money.”
The Scarface actor already has three children, the eldest being Julie Marie (born 1989), whom he shares with Jan Tarrant.
He has twins, a son Anton James and a daughter Olivia Rose (born January 25, 2001), with actress Beverly D'Angelo.
Pacino has never been married.
In May, news broke that Robert De Niro had also become a father for the seventh time at 79.
A representative for the actor confirmed the birth of his newborn to The Associative Press; however, they did not reveal the baby’s sex or the mother’s identity.
During the premiere of About My Father, De Niro broke his silence regarding the birth while speaking to ET Canada's Brittnee Blair.
When asked if he was surprised to become a father again, he replied with a resounding 'no' and added: “How you could not plan that kind of thing?”
“I'm ok with it,” the actor said when asked if he was excited.
When asked if becoming a parent ever gets easier, the Raging Bull star revealed he’s ‘good with it’.
De Niro is also a parent to Drena, 51, and Raphael, 46, from his first marriage to Diahne Abbott; and twins Julian and Aaron, 27; Elliot, 24; and Helen Grace, 11, from his second marriage to Grace Hightower.
