Many people have been left 'scared of the future' after watching a video made completely with artificial intelligence (AI).

Advancements in technology in recent years has meant a subsequent push on AI and how it is used in industry and even by the general public.

And while that is certainly exciting, a lot of nerves surround whether AI could ultimately push a lot of people out of a job.

Many famous figures have spoken about AI; both Stephen Hawking and Bill Gates have shared warnings regarding it, meanwhile, people like Elon Musk are already using it within their businesses.

One video made through AI is currently circulating on Reddit, and it's left a lot of folks 'scared of the future' considering how real the clips actually look.

The footage honestly looks like something out of a movie, including action sequences involving a gun, and incredible visual effects.

Audio is also extremely impressive, while the graphics are truly next level.

All in all, the video looks like real life, so it's no surprise many are scared about what the future holds for AI after watching it.

I mean, it literally looks like a film, and if you can do that through the power of AI, then will the likes of actors, directors and film crew be needed in the future?

Many have flocked to the comments section of the video to give their thoughts.

One person said: "Damn this how movies are gonna be made no point of actors anymore just write a prompt with a 2 hr time limit and see what happens. Movie made in 5 minutes, no sets, no actors, NO ONE. I'd be curious on how well a movie could be made with nothin else besides AI."

A second added: "This means we can have a video of anyone saying anything and the fake propaganda could be disastrous. This is alarming, the world needs to combat this and put some safety standards on AI."

While a third remarked: "I think what makes this feel eerie is the fact that the technology is so good, and so much funding is going into it, but how is it helping the greater good?

"Take image generation for example. I understand there are some benefits, like mock ups if you're a startup, or for kids books, but those also deny people their livelihoods."

What can be said is that the future of AI is certainly an intriguing one.
