Elon Musk has broken his silence on what he would do if SpaceX satellites ever encountered aliens.

The question of whether there is life beyond Planet Earth in outer space has circulated since time began.

And it seems to us that if there was one person who had some insight for us, it would probably be Elon Musk.

Musk launched SpaceX in March 2002, with a mission to develop several rocket engines, and ultimately creating a sustainable colony on Mars.

SpaceX are yet to achieve the colony on Mars, but have made extreme progress in their mission.

Speaking on May 6 at the Global Conference held by the Milken Institute, California, Musk told the audience what he would do if any of his satellites ever picked up life outside earth.

Musk claimed that SpaceX have 6,000 satellites, and expressed a belief that human space probes may find remains of alien activity.

However, he did admit that his space-surveillance tech hasn’t picked up on anything as of yet.

This is despite recent claims from scientists, who say they have made significant progress in identifying extraterrestrial life.

A Cambridge scientist has gone as far as to say that an exoplanet has a 50/50 chance of alien presence.

Musk revealed that if he ever did catch sight of a UFO, or any other alien-like being, the first place you would hear about it is, of course, X (formerly Twitter).

Musk bought the company in April 2022 for $44 billion, so it’s no surprise to anyone that he would utilise that platform to share the ground-breaking news.

Talking at the conference, he said: “I have seen no evidence of aliens. If I did, I would 100% post about it on X instantly!

“SpaceX has almost 6,000 satellites in orbit and not once have we ever had to move around aliens.”

He also made sure to mention his desire for mankind to become a multi-planet civilization, hence the want for a colony on Mars.

And Musk wants to do this at a price that people could afford, after outlining his ‘affordable’ travel plan to get people to the planet.

He wants humans to venture out into places they have never visited before, but we think it might take a bit of convincing.

He described humanity as ‘precious’ and ‘rare’, and shared the belief that humans could easily colonise the whole galaxy if it were to last another million years.
