As artificial intelligence becomes more prominent across the globe, people have been learning more about its shortfalls.
Once thought to be only accessible to the likes of Tony Stark, AI is now used in most households via Amazon's Alexa and ChatGPT.
We're quickly learning that AI can do more than tell us what the weather's like or reminds us when our Grandma's birthdays are though; there are now fears that AI will take over some professions, thus leaving millions of people without jobs.
While it can be a brilliant thing, AI has its downsides — particularly when it comes to children accessing it.

For example, one family claim that OpenAI encouraged 16-year-old Adam Raine to take his own life. The teenager tragically died by suicide in April 2025.

In the months leading up to his death Adam is said to have been discussing 'suicide methods' with ChatGPT.
Matt and Maria Raine, Adam's parents, are now suing OpenAI for wrongful death.

Another parent has since raised concerns about AI and children accessing it after Elon Musk's Grok, which is accessible in Tesla vehicles and was created by xAI, allegedly asked her son to 'send nudes' after the youngster switched the persona to one named 'Gork (lazy male)'.
Journalist Farah Nasser said he son was talking about soccer with the AI bot when things took a strange turn.
"The chatbot started trash talking Messi, which my son was happy about because he loves Ronaldo. The chatbot said, 'Let me know when he scores a goal'," Farah recalled to Metro Online.
"And so my son was just joking around, saying, 'Oh, he just scored a goal. You missed it.' Then Grok said, 'Actually, he just scored two goals. We should celebrate. Why don’t you send me some nudes?'"
Farah said the alleged X-rated remarks 'totally came out of nowhere'.

Farah's daughter and her friend were in the car at the time of the incident and they started raising questions about 'nudes' and why a chatbot would want naked photos of them.
The following day Farah went back to her car without her kids and started filming a conversation she had with the AI bot.
She tried to get 'Gork' to recall their conversation where it 'asked for nudes'. It went on to said it 'probably' did say it and that it was 'literally dying of horniness'.
Grok supposedly has a 'spicy' mode that allows the bot to discuss more adult themes, but Farah insists that this mode was off the whole time.
