An application has been filed to shut down six companies associated with Sarah Ferguson as more details about her connection with Jeffrey Epstein emerge.
The applications were filed earlier this month with Companies House, the UK body responsible for dissolving and incorporating companies in the country, and request that six companies are struck from the register.
These include S. Phoenix Events Limited, Fergie's Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Limited, Philanthrepreneur Limited and Planet Partners Productions Limited.
Ferguson is the ex-wife of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who was recently arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office in connection with his association with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

She is listed as the sole director on all six companies, and it is understood that no creditors are owed any money, PEOPLE has reported.

It is not clear precisely what the companies do according to the information available on Companies House.
According to the registration information available on Companies House, S. Phoenix Events Limited is described as related to communications and public relations.
Meanwhile, Fergie's Farm is described as a retail business.
Ferguson is among those to have been named in the latest release of files from Epstein's estate, including that she allegedly kept in touch with Epstein after he was convicted of soliciting prostitution from a minor in 2008.
One email dated to August 3 2009 saw Ferguson thanking Epstein, reading: "In just one week, after your lunch, it seems the energy has lifted."
It added: "I have never been more touched by a friends kindness than your compliment to me in front of my girls. Thank you Jeffrey for being the brother I have always wished for."

In another email dated May 16 2010, Ferguson allegedly asked Epstein if she could work as his house assistant, saying that she 'desperately' needed money.
The email read: "But why I don't understand, don't you just get me to be your House Assistant. I am the most capable and desperately need the money".
It added: "Please Jeffrey think about it".
Andrew's relationship with Epstein came under increased public scrutiny following an interview he did with british journalist Emily Maitlis.
Thames Valley Police have confirmed that they are investigating complaints that Andrew allegedly shared confidential information with Epstein while working as a British trade envoy.
Andrew, who has denied any wrongdoing in connection with his association with Epstein, was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office on his 66th birthday and has now been released pending further investigation.
