If you’re thinking about your next vacation spot, one man has revealed exactly where he loves and the five locations he will never return to.

If you’ve ever had the chance to travel the world, you’ll know that each country has its own unique culture and charm.

But there are also some that clash with tourists due to different expectations, cultures, food, and preferences.

For this one Redditor, he has traveled to more places than most and has really dug deep into several categories of countries, like the best, the most unexpected, the greatest for its alcohol, and then the worst to visit.

Taking to the subreddit thread, r/travel, he wrote: “I’ve been to 105 countries. Here's a my list that no one cares about in terms of best of best.”

The user added: “When people find out I've been to so many countries, inevitably they always ask what's my favorite countries. I always say, these kind of questions lose the nuance because of xyz.

“But still, maybe the below list can help people when they're looking to plan their 2026 trips.”

He revealed that the list of placed he’d had ‘enough’ of, were Morocco, Bangladesh, Belize, El Salvador and Mozambique.

Morocco is actually a very popular tourist destination, as is Bangladesh, so there were people who were shocked by his report.

According to YouGov, Belize ranks as the 128th most popular country, Morocco is the 75th, Bangladesh is the 123rd, Mozambique is the 147th and El Salvador ranks 113th.

A commenter immediately asked for an explanation on why he chose the countries he did, writing: “Curious about once was enough for Belize and El Salvador. Were they inherently bad or just because they're small and you feel like you've done it all?”

The original poster replied: “Belize was way too pricey for what you're getting. And El Salvador was more of, nothing there really stands out compared to its neighbors. So see it once, and that's it.”

As for another, they wanted to know: “‘Countries where once is enough and I have no desire to ever come back’... Mozambique? Why, OP?”

To this, the man said he ‘didn't like the constant road stoppage when driving’, he wasn’t keen on the ‘crumbling infrastructure’, called it ‘dangerous in some areas’ and that the ‘locals aren’t friendly’.

However, he lamented that the ‘beaches are semi decent’ and that there are ‘some good dives and sea life’.

But the traveler admitted to having the best experiences in Georgia, Oma, Ecuador, Namibia, and Taiwan, calling them ‘underrated’.

He also shared the ‘countries that might not be on your radar but should be for your next vacation’.

These included Lesotho for its mountains, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, all of which have ‘unique cultural offerings’, Georgia for its ‘yummy food’, and Montenegro, which he called ‘Croatia but cheaper’.

The man also listed Timor Leste but added a disclaimer: “I haven't been, but everything I've read makes it amazing so it's on my list for my next vacation.”

As for how long it took him to travel to so many places, he shared that it took over 12 years, so you’d better get started!
