Lisa Marie Presley’s 'unbearable' final moments before her death have been revealed amid a bombshell lawsuit against her mom.

The only child of rock and roll 'King' Elvis Presley died at the age of 54 on January 12, 2023, following a cardiac arrest.

Her mom, Priscilla, announced the devastating news, describing Lisa Marie as 'the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.'

However, the 80-year-old's former business partners have since filed a legal complaint, claiming Priscilla prematurely 'pulled the plug' on her daughter's life support for financial gain.

Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, the heads of Priscilla Presley Partners, said the mom ‘ultimately wanted to control’ her daughter’s trust and the estate Elvis owned, Graceland, which was bestowed to Lisa Marie after his death in 1977.

However, Priscilla denies the allegations as her attorneys Wayne Harman and Marty Singer slammed the action as 'shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless.'

Now, shocking new details of the singer's death have been revealed in the exhibit that allegedly include two pages from Priscilla's yet-to-be released memoir, Softly As I Leave You: Life After Elvis.

According to the alleged excerpts, the star's ex-wife writes that she raced to San Fernando Valley hospital to be with her daughter when a 'code blue' went off, suggesting Lisa's heart had stopped, reports Page Six.

The mom reportedly wrote: "The next thing I remember is the doctor talking to me. He asked me what I wanted him to do. They had restarted Lisa’s heart, but there was no guarantee it would keep beating.

"I asked the doctor, ‘What kind of life will she have if we keep her on that machine?’ He looked at me with compassion and shook his head. ‘No quality of life at all.'”

Priscilla alleges her daughter had 'little brain activity' and that she 'wasn't there' anymore, as per the pages.

“I thought about my girl, my wild, rebellious, passionate girl, lying in a vegetative state for the rest of her life,” she allegedly adds.

"'Take her off the machine, Doctor,'" Priscilla recalls saying in a voice 'barely above a whisper', before reportedly collapsing and passing out.

“It was unbearable,” she allegedly continues. “I began to sob. I don’t remember falling. After that, everything went dark. … I don’t want to remember.”

Kruse and Fialko accuse the mom of violating Lisa's advanced healthcare directive in their $50 million fraud and breach-of-contract lawsuit.

They state Priscilla knew her daughter was preparing to remove her as a trustee and that Lisa's death 'neautralized the threat' of her efforts.

The lawsuit further claims Priscilla allegedly appeared at the house a week after Lisa's death, reportedly claiming: "'I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland'.”

Yet her attorney Singer snapped back at the allegation, stating: “This is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman in blatant retaliation for bringing a lawsuit to redress the wrongful conduct of Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators.

“Accusing a grieving mother of contributing to her daughter’s death is not savvy advocacy; it is malicious character assassination, and should be broadly condemned. These fabricated claims have absolutely no validity and we are confident this case will be dismissed."

On Friday, they slammed the pair further in a new statement that read: "Priscilla did not have anything to do with the assassination of JFK, she did not cover up Area 51, she did not fake the moon landing, and she is not secretly keeping Bigfoot locked in a cabin in Canada.

“Take off the aluminum foil hat and face reality.”

The lawyers add that Kruse has allegedly waged a 'relentless and calculated campaign of elder abuse and fraud in order to take control of Ms. Presley’s finances for her own benefit.'

It comes after Priscilla filed her own suit last year, accusing Kruse and others of having 'financially abused' her and stealing $1 million.

UNILAD has contacted Priscilla's legal team for comment.
