A Brazilian fitness influencer has died at the age of 39 after she reportedly fell from the top of her apartment building.
On November 13, nutritionist and bodybuilding guru Diana Areas was found dead outside the Unique Towers condominium in the Parque Tamandaré neighbourhood of Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil.
The influencer, who regularly shared workouts and healthy eating tips with her 200,000 Instagram followers, had been in hospital earlier that same day, however, walked herself out of the building against the advice of healthcare staff.
Many of Areas' fans have taken to the comments of her pictures to express their condolences after she allegedly fell from the top floor of the property.

It was said she was found in the communal area of the residential property after her partner called the police.
Prior to her death, Areas had been examined at Ferreira Machado Hospital at around 6.30am that day where she was noted to have cuts on her wrists and neck, a spokesperson for the hospital said.
They declared her to be in ‘moderate condition’ and she received stitches to her wounds and a tetanus shot, before she allegedly left the hospital before she could be officially discharged at 10.30am.
Her body was taken to the Forensic Medical Institute (IML) in Campos dos Goytacazes at 12.30 pm, just hours after she left the hospital.
Now, an investigation into her death has been launched by the Civil Police of Campos dos Goytacazes.
Over on Instagram, many of her fans, acquaintances and friends have taken to the comment section of her posts to express their sadness.
“Rest in peace my friend. May you calm your soul down there with our father. Sorry we couldn't help you,” one person wrote in Portuguese.
A second added: “I can't believe you're gone. Rest in peace beautiful.”
“Aay God comfort all the family and friends and her soul rest in peace,” said another. “Still can't believe it!!!!”
“I can't believe it! My condolences to all the family,” a fourth wrote.
One of Areas’ colleagues then posted: "It is with a deeply saddened heart that I bid farewell to dear Diana - friend and co-worker for so many years.
"A beautiful woman inside and out, a brilliant, dedicated, loving professional who touched the lives of all who had the privilege of interacting with her."
