A former co-star of Nickelodeon child actor Tylor Chase has provided an update after a worrying video went viral earlier this week.
People were left with serious concerns after a video went viral, appearing to show the former Nickelodeon star looking dishevelled on the streets.
In the video, a member of the public questioned Chase about whether he used to be an actor, to which he confirmed, saying that he used to be a regular on Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, a classic Nickelodeon TV show.
While many people were frustrated with the manner in which the video was shot, the majority of people wished the star had received some help and support.

This video quickly spread around social media, resulting in some of Chase’s former castmates speaking out about it.

The show’s lead, Devon Wekheiser, who played Ned, spoke to out about how upsetting the video was.
He said: “Tylor was a sensitive, sweet, and kind kid. It is heartbreaking to see him this way.
“I haven’t seen Tylor in almost 20 years since the show ended.”
He also added that simply giving Chase money wouldn’t necessarily solve his problems and noted it could be a complicated situation due to the unknowns surrounding his mental health.
Now, in a major update, another star of the show, Daniel Curtis Lee - who played Simon 'Cookie' Nelson-Cook - has shared a video of him and Chase reuniting in Los Angeles.
In a video shared on his Instagram, Lee said he connected with Chase and went to get some pizza with him.
While they ate, they also FaceTimed Wekheiser, and he spoke with Chase.
Lee also took Chase to a hotel that was local to where he had been in Los Angeles, and booked him a room.
Previous to connecting with Chase in real life, Lee told his followers on social media about wanting to help his struggling co-star, revealing he helped Chase get in touch with his father.

During an Instagram Reel, he said: “Love is all we can really give people sometimes, and I’m happy that he was able to have that connection with his pops.
“I really believe we can get Tylor back on his feet and you know I’m super feeling it right now with the holiday season.
“He’s on my heart often, on my mind often.”
