Newly released footage is believed to pin Tyler Robinson near Utah Valley University in the hours before Charlie Kirk's assassination.
On September 10, Kirk was fatally shot while attending an event at the university. The 31-year-old was shot in the neck and later succumbed to his injuries.
The shooter fled the scene afterwards sparking a nationwide manhunt. Less that 48 hours later, Tyler Robinson, 22, was arrested on suspicion of assassinating Kirk.

Robinson is yet to be charged but is expected to be arraigned in a Utah court tomorrow (September 16), Fox News reports.
Meanwhile, police are continuing their investigation into Kirk's shocking death and have now released new footage of a man believed to be Robinson in a Utah neighborhood nearby the college campus.
The video, taken on someone's door security camera at their home, shows a gray Dodge Challenger driving past the property.
This is reportedly the same car Robinson later drove to Utah Valley University to carry out Kirk's assassination.

More than an hour after the car is seen, a man thought to be Robinson walks past the house.
As of September 15, police are still unsure on an exact motive for Robinson's suspected actions.

Utah's governor Spencer Cox has said, however, that the suspect had left-leaning political beliefs and disliked the conservative influencer.

"Clearly a leftist ideology," Cox told NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday.
Cox added that Robinson is 'not cooperating' and that friends paint a picture of someone radicalised in the dark corners of the internet.
"Clearly there was a lot of gaming going on," Cox said.
"Friends have confirmed that there was kind of that deep, dark internet, the Reddit culture, and these other dark places of the internet where this person was going deep."

A Republican who has called on all partisans to tone down their rhetoric following the attack, the governor added: "I really don’t have a dog in this fight. If this was a radicalised MAGA person, I’d be saying that as well."

Meanwhile, Kirk's funeral arrangements have been announced with the event taking place this week.
Taking to Twitter to confirm the whereabouts of the funeral, the student organization posted: "Join us in celebrating the remarkable life and enduring legacy of Charlie Kirk, an American legend.
