A head-on traffic collision has tragically claimed the lives of a woman's 'entire family'.
Tommy Moorehead III, 41, was cruising along a road in southern Grayson County - around an hour's drive north of Dallas, Texas - with his two children at around 12.30pm on May 17, when a pickup truck attempted to pass a large truck in a no-passing zone while traveling up a hill, the Texas Department of Public Safety said.

The father-of-two, who was also driving a pickup truck, died in the collision alongside his four-year-old son Tommy Jr., and six-year-old daughter Lynnlee, as their Chevrolet Silverado caught fire.
Rocky Patterson, the motorist in the colliding Dodge Ram 3500, survived the ordeal.

The 63-year-old has since been arrested and charged in connection to the accident with manslaughter, for the deaths of the Moorehead family, which is a second-degree felony. A $3 million bond has been set.

Meanwhile, the 74-year-old driver of the truck was also injured at the scene.
Now, a GoFundMe page has been set up for widow Brooke Mustard Moorehead who lost 'her entire family'.
It read, in part: "In a single instant, Brooke lost everything. Tommy was a devoted husband and father, a kind soul who worked hard and loved his family with his whole heart.
"Lynnlee was full of life, joy, and curiosity. Little Tommy Jr. was just beginning his journey in the world, always smiling and full of love.

"Brooke has been an anchor in our restaurant family for almost a decade - loyal, hardworking, compassionate, and strong. She has always cared for those around her with love, respect and grace."
The fundraising page continued: "Now, she is facing the unimaginable, and she needs all of us to help her through this most painful time.
"We are raising funds to support Brooke with funeral arrangements and the many unexpected expenses that follow such a catastrophic loss.

"No one should have to go through this alone, and we hope to rally around her with the love and support she so deeply deserves."
The creator of the page, Carmen Hall, is hoping to raise $150,000 for the grieving mom - with 60 percent having been raised in just 10 days, at the time of writing.
