A newly released letter by US Attorney General Pam Bondi states that all the Epstein files have now been released in accordance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
On Saturday (February 14), Bondi released a letter addressing the files that have been made public and outlined the dozens of people mentioned in the documents.
"In accordance with the requirements of the Act, and as described in various Department submissions to the courts of the Southern District of New York assigned to the Epstein and Maxwell prosecutions and related orders, the Department released all ‘records, documents, communications and investigative materials in the possession of the Department’ that ‘relate to’ any of nine different categories," the letter (obtained by Fox News) read.
Elsewhere she insisted that none of the records that were withheld or redacted were done so 'on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary'.
Advert

Apparently the only files that weren't released 'were those records where permitted withholdings under Section 2(c) and privileged materials were not segregable from material responsive under Section 2(a)'.
Section 2(c) allowed files to be withheld or redacted for the purposes of: protecting victim privacy, child sexual abuse material, ongoing investigations, graphic content, or national security.
Section 2(a) of the Epstein Files Transparency Act concerned any declassified files being made publicly available in a searchable format within 30 days of the act's enactment. It was signed into law on November 19, 2025.
A lot of names were mentioned in Bondi's letter, that was addressed to Chairman Chuck Grassley, Chairman Chuck Grassley, Ranking Member Dick Durbin, and Ranking Member Jamie Raskin. These ranged from members of the Biden family and Kurt Cobain, to Rosie O'Donnell, Marco Rubio, and Donald Trump.

Mark Zuckerberg, Margaret Thatcher, Bill Cosby, George Clooney, Bruce Springsteen, and Beyonce were also amongst the listed names.
Bondi's letter comes just a few days after she stood before the House Judiciary Committee earlier this week.
Things ended up very heated between Bondi and the committee, with one member – Democrat Ted Lieu – going as far as accusing her of lying under oath.
In another particularly fiery exchange, Jamie Raskin of Maryland accused Bondi of refusing to answer his questions, prompting the attorney general to call the top Democrat on the committee a 'washed-up loser lawyer – not even a lawyer'.
Yikes.
