Donald Trump’s son Barron could play an ‘active role’ in his father’s political firmament, according to a body language specialist.

In the early hours of November 6, businessman and 45th President of the United States Trump, 78, was called as president-elect, confirming his return to the White House in January 2025 and, therefore, making him America's 47th president.

He beat Democratic Party representative and current US Vice President Kamala Harris, 60, after a projected win in the key state of Wisconsin, pushing him over the threshold by ten votes.

Ahead of his win in the swing state, the father-of-five appeared in Florida to deliver a victory speech from the Palm Beach County Convention Centre.

He was accompanied on stage by his youngest son Barron, 18, and Future Lady-designate of the United States, Melania, 54.

The reported 6ft 7in teenager was hailed as ‘amazing’ by his father during his victory declaration at Republican HQ, with Trump also taking the time to thank him for ‘working very hard’ during the campaign.

“This a magnificent victory for us which will allow us to make America Great again,” he added.

Following the billionaire’s election speech, body language expert Judi James has broken down the teenager’s appearance.

Speaking on behalf of Paddy Power Games, she claimed Trump's son - who was welcomed in 2006 - exhibited ‘two contrasting states’.

“Barron Trump now seems to be positioned up front in the spotlight in the hierarchically visual role Ivanka took last election,” James stated.

“He towers over his father and his signals vary between two contrasting states.”

The specialist then analyzed Barron’s on-stage stance, claiming the ‘fig-leaf pose’ he made with his hands clasped in front of his torso suggests ‘some residue of inner shyness’.

“But his desired projection looks more like his father’s alpha state, standing with legs splayed and arms held to and slightly away from his sides in a pose implying physical strength,” she continued.

“His trait of instigating handshakes seems to imply a more active role in the Trump political firmament.”

Previously Trump has claimed Barron’s impressive height was down to Melania’s late mother, Amalija Knavs, and her home cooking.

The Express writes that during a recent campaign stop in Des Moines, Iowa, the American politician said: “That's how he got so tall, he only ate her food.

“I said you're gonna be a basketball player. He said, well 'I like soccer dad', actually. I thought... at your height, I like basketball better but you can't talk them into everything.'”
