Donald Trump has spoken out on Wednesday's ICE facility shooting that killed two people in Dallas, Texas.
It has been reported that the shooter, identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
One victim, a detainee, died at the scene, the BBC reports, while two others are in critical condition in hospital. No ICE agents were shot or injured.
One injured detainee is a Mexican national, according to the Mexican foreign ministry.

The FBI has since revealed anti-ICE sentiments - including the words 'ANTI-ICE' - were written on the bullet casings.
Taking to social media platform Truth Social, Trump condemned the 'despicable' attack.
Amid news of the anti-ICE scrawlings on the bullets, Trump said: "The Brave Men and Women of ICE are just trying to do their jobs, and remove the 'WORST of the WORST' Criminals out of our Country, but they are facing an unprecedented increase in threats, violence, and attacks by Deranged Radical Leftists."

He continued: "This violence is the result of the Radical Left Democrats constantly demonizing Law Enforcement, calling for ICE to be demolished, and comparing ICE Officers to 'Nazis.' The continuing violence from Radical Left Terrorists, in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, must be stopped."
He added that he would be signing an executive order this week 'to dismantle these Domestic Terrorism Networks' - including ANTIFA.
"The Trump Administration is fully committed to backing Law Enforcement, Strong Borders, securing our Homeland, deporting Violent Illegal Criminals, and fully rooting out the Left Wing Domestic Terrorism that is terrorizing our Country," Trump concluded.
Meanwhile, Dallas police said a preliminary investigation found Jahn had 'opened fire' from an adjacent building.

"The shooter fired indiscriminately at the ICE building, including at a van in the sallyport where the victims were shot," the Department of Homeland Security confirmed in a statement.
Acting ICE director Todd Lyons said the suspect 'could have, in his indiscriminate fire, hit people traveling to work, civilians on the ground.'
JD Vance reacted to the news last night and said that the 'obsessive attack on law enforcement', ICE in particular, 'must stop'.
"I'm praying for everyone hurt in this attack and for their families," the vice president went on.

Other notable figures to have spoken out include Republican Senators for Texas John Cornyn and Ted Cruz.
Cornyn described the shooting as 'horrific', while Cruz said he was praying for a 'swift recovery' of those who have been injured.

It comes exactly two weeks after Conservative political activist Charlie Kirk was shot dead at a Utah Valley University event on Wednesday, September 10.
