A male escort who took the stand at the sex trafficking trial of Sean 'Diddy' Combs has detailed one specific rule he was allegedly given by Cassie Ventura as they took part in 'freak offs'.
Sharay Hayes was called as a witness at Combs' ongoing trial yesterday (May 20), following testimony from Ventura, her mom, and one of Combs' former assistants.
The trial comes after Combs was arrested in September 2024 and hit with charges including racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, which he has denied.
During questioning, Hayes said he met Combs and Ventura during the fall of 2012 after receiving a call from Ventura, who allegedly said at the time her name was Janet.
It's claimed that Ventura told Hayes it was her birthday, and her husband had told her she could hire an exotic dancer.
Ventura and Combs dated but were never married (Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic) Believing he was going to perform a strip tease dance for a small group, Hayes told the court he went to the Trump International Hotel in New York City, where he then met Combs and Ventura.
Hayes claimed he didn't recognize Venture when she opened the door wearing a robe, and he believes she was also wearing a wig.
After arriving, Hayes alleges Ventura invited him into the suite and said that she didn't want him to dance, but instead that she and her 'husband' 'liked to create a sexy scene' involving baby oil.
Hayes testified that the hotel room was 'dimly lit' with 'electric candles', and contained 'bowls of water with bottles of baby oil in them'.
He then alleged he received one specific instruction from Ventura, saying: "I was specifically told to not acknowledge her husband, try not to look at him, no communication or anything."
When the 'husband' came into the room, Hayes claimed he was 'naked' but that he 'could not see his face'.
Hayes says he first met Combs and Ventura at the Trump International Hotel (Michael Nagle/Bloomberg via Getty Images) After their initial meeting, Hayes testified he had similar encounters with Combs and Ventura 'eight or 12 times', with the pair 'asking for a sexy scene' which the escort allegedly knew would always be 'more'.
The court heard that Combs would 'direct' during their encounters, saying things like 'sit forward' or directing 'what would happen sexually'.
"One time during sex he dropped a stack of money. He said, 'I like this sh*t'," Hayes claimed.
The escort testified they would use as much baby oil 'as possible' during the encounters, which would last for 'hours'.
Despite Combs allegedly being referred to as Ventura's 'husband' during the encounters, the pair were never married, and instead dated on-and-off for more than a decade.
Hayes said his last encounter with Ventura and Combs took place in 2016, after which Ventura allegedly paid him and thanked him for 'respecting their privacy in terms of [their] interactions'.
