The escort known as the ‘The Punisher’ has spoken on CNN and given an apology regarding the interactions he allegedly had with Casandra Ventura.

She has spoken in depth about the alleged nature of her relationship with the rapper and producer while also telling details to the court about the notorious ‘freak off’ parties that Combs would host.
Prosecutors believe it is during these parties that illegal activity took place. Combs faces charges including racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.
He has denied all of the charges against him.

Cassie claimed that Combs would have a male escort meet them and sleep with her while he watched, and one of those individuals was identified as ‘The Punisher’, real name Sharay Hayes.
When Hayes took the stand, he also gave details about the many encounters he allegedly had with the pair.
Speaking about his first meeting with Cassie, he testified that he was initially booked with the idea of dancing for a group of individuals.
He said: “She explained to me that she didn't want me to actually dance.

“She explained to me that her and her husband liked to create a sexy scene that consisted of me and her mutually applying baby oil, applying it to ourselves and to possibly each other, and try to create a sexy environment that her husband would eventually come out to watch."
In a surprising appearance on CNN, he spoke to host Laura Coates and explained that, given the chance, he would apologize to Cassie if he contributed to her suffering in any way.
He said: “I would apologize because I had no idea, no indication of what she was going through and obviously [apologize] if my involvement furthered her suffering.

“You know, just me knowing that as a man, being raised by a single mom and a grandma, just the thought of partaking in a scenario where a woman is possibly being abused is tough to hear.
“I would just apologize to her and tell her that I was really remorseful and regret if I contributed to a bad experience for her.”
Hayes claimed that he was hired between eight and twelve times for freak offs after the first encounter, with the last one happening in March of 2015.
