Crispin Glover, best known for his role as George McFly in Back to the Future, has been sued by a former model.

According to Variety, the unidentified woman, referred to as Jane Doe, filed the suit on Wednesday (February 25) and accused the 61-year-old of holding her 'captive' and treating her as a 'sex slave'.

The complaint alleges that she was 'lured' to California with the alleged promise of a job opportunity in Los Angeles.

Glover has also been accused of 'battery, fraud, wrongful eviction, malicious prosecution, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and bane act violations, stemming from a disturbing series of incidents in which Jane Doe was essentially held captive and used for sex and free labor by Mr. Glover under false pretenses'.

The lawsuit alleges that Doe first connected with the Back to the Future star in 2015 through social media. According to the complaint, he would 'persistently message her to come to Los Angeles' and would 'often make strange advances'.

"He promised her a home and a job if she came to Los Angeles," it adds.

Once in LA, the lawsuit claims Doe 'found herself in a disturbing situation where Mr Glover wanted to control her actions and track her whereabouts and basically serve him as a live in girlfriend/sex slave'.

It goes on to allege that Glover 'groomed Jane Doe with promises of a new life where she could start over and have a career in the entertainment industry through some sort of business relationship with him'.

It was in early 2024 when Doe moved to America's West Coast.

The lawsuit alleges that after she refused to obey Glover's 'bizarre and inappropriate demands', she was unlawfully evicted from their home.

It also claims that allegations made by Glover surrounding a fraudulent petition for a restraining order were unfounded.

A lawyer for Glover has since dismissed the lawsuit, describing it as 'baseless allegations'.

The lawyer told Variety: "Mr. Glover denies these baseless allegations in the strongest possible terms. The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence. Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe.

"These facts are documented by law enforcement records and by the restraining order filed by Mr. Glover against Jane Doe at that time.

"Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and pursue all available relief. He is confident the judicial process will expose this lawsuit as a meritless fabrication."

UNILAD has reached out to Glover's representatives for further comment.
