A self-described 'biohacker' has shared what he thinks is the worst legal thing that you can consume.
Bryan Johnson has become known for his single-minded determination to live forever using a variety of techniques ranging from the slightly unusual to borderline otherworldly.
His morning routine includes various kinds of light therapy, as well as a diet which is extremely closely-controlled. This includes avoiding a lot of foods, including things like red meat, as well as having a punishing workout regimen.
When he's not having his morning light therapy, Johnson shares videos online about his weird lifestyle, and one saw him open up about some of the unhealthy things out there.

Of course, there are plenty of things out there which are extremely bad for you.

There's of course the illegal things - do we really need to explain how those are bad for you?
But it's a legal one that Bryan drew attention to in his video, and it wasn't any of the obvious candidates like cigarettes and alcohol.

It's Mountain Dew's 'Baja Blast' drink, which was made specially for Taco Bell.
In a video on his YouTube page, Johnson explained that a large Baja Blast contains 111g of sugar, or the equivalent of 28 sugar cubes.
He explained: "To put that in context your daily maximum should be around 20-25g, and even that's too much, your real goal is to be as close to zero as possible.

"This sugar is from the worst possible source - high fructose corn syrup."
Johnson added: "When you drink one of these, it floods your liver with sugar, it forces it to store fat, it disrupts blood flow, spikes uric acid levels, and increases blood pressure."
The billionaire challenged people last November to avoid all chocolates, cakes, sweet drinks and cocktails over the festive period.
He said it would mean you were 'no longer controlled by urges' and would be more 'emotionally stable' and 'self-confident', although one person who followed the diet said the only change she noticed was 'mild regret'.

Johnson responded: "That's your mind talking, your body I'm sure is pretty happy with the situation."
The CDC advises that sugar should only make up 10 percent of your daily calories, which is around 12 teaspoons for most adults.
Unfortunately, the average American usually consumes a lot more than this - 19 teaspoons for men and 15 teaspoons for women.
This can lead to weight gain, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and tooth decay.

The main offenders for added sugar are sugary drinks (24 percent) and desserts and sweet snacks (19 percent).
