Jeffrey Epstein claimed in the latest Epstein files release that Bill Gates 'caught a sexually transmitted disease' after sleeping with 'Russian girls'.
Three million documents, 180,000 images and 2000 videos were published on Friday (January 30) by the US Justice Department, which contained evidence regarding Epstein, a convicted sex offender who died in prison in 2019. Inclusion in the files doesn't suggest any wrongdoing.
One document released on Friday contained a memo Epstein sent to himself, which included several allegations about the Microsoft founder. On top of the claim about 'sleeping with Russian girls', he also claimed Gates asked for antibiotics to 'surreptitiously give' to his now ex-wife, Melinda.
In an email dated July 18, 2013, the disgraced financer wrote: "To add insult to the injury you them [sic] implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda and the description of your penis."

Epstein also sent himself an email an hour earlier, suggesting he was resigning from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation after being involved in a 'severe marital dispute' between the now-former couple.
He went on to claim he was asked to do certain things which could be considered 'potentially over the line into the illegal'.
"From helping Bill to get drugs, in order to deal with consequences of sex with russian girls, to facilitating his illicit trysts, with married women, to being asked to provide adderall fro [sic] bridge tournamnts [sic]," Epstein alleged.
A spokesperson for Gates has categorically denied the claims, telling LADbible in a statement: "These claims are absolutely absurd and completely false.
"The only thing these documents demonstrate is Epstein’s frustration that he did not have an ongoing relationship with Gates and the lengths he would go to entrap and defame.”

A report by the Wall Street Journal in 2013 claimed Epstein was trying to blackmail Gates over an alleged relationship with a Russian bridge player.
The Microsoft founder is said to have met Epstein multiple times, with the billionaire admitting it was a 'huge mistake' to have spent time with the convicted sex offender.
Speaking to the Wall Street Journal in 2025, Gates said: "He sort of got time with various people by spending time with other people.
"So yes, I think I was quite stupid. I thought it would help me with global health philanthropy. In fact, it failed to do that and it was just a huge mistake."
Photos of Gates and other public figures have appeared in previous releases of the Epstein files. The images do not indicate any wrongdoing.
