Amy Bradley's disappearance in 1988 still remains a hot topic mystery despite she being declared legally dead in 2010.
More people are becoming aware of the disappearance of 23-year-old woman Amy Bradley, despite it occurring 27 years ago.
Much of this is due to the fact that Netflix have released a new series delving into the conspiracies and theories surrounding her disappearance.
The series Amy Bradley is Missing tells the story of how the Virginia native was partying in the Rhapsody of the Seas club on March 24 in 1988 and was last seen sleeping in a chair on her cabin’s private balcony around 5.30 A.M.

She was on this trip with her mother, Iva, her dad, Ron and her brother Brad.
Even now, her family still believe their daughter is alive and that she may have been kidnapped and even potentially become a victim of sex trafficking.
Amy was declared dead in 2010 and yet her family have continued to argue that they believe she is alive and explain so in the documentary.

Even so, the FBI still maintain a missing person's page, including simulations of what she could look like now.
The reason why Amy was declared dead is the Social Security Administration of America state declare someone dead when they have been missing from home and have not been heard from for seven years.
While the amount of time can vary state to state, her home state of Virginia also operates off a standard of seven years for death in absentia.
Despite Amy being legally deceased, this can be reversed if considerate concrete proof points to her being alive.

Brad has taken to social media to explain that he and his family do support the show, while adding it did leave out ‘quite a bit of information'.
Brad acknowledged that it 'would have required 10 seasons to tell it all', so given that Amy Bradley is Missing is only made up of three episodes, he said the family 'thought the producers did an awesome job overall and are happy with the response so far'.
Brad added that he is hopeful the Netflix doc will lead to some answers about Amy, saying: "Still waiting for that one call."

In a follow-up post, he shared a link to a GoFundMe and wrote: "For 27 years, my family has searched for Amy. We will not stop. The Netflix docuseries 'Amy Bradley Is Missing' is shining a light on her story and we need your help to follow leads and find answers.
