There are 195 recognised countries in the world - and therefore, very few people have visited every single one.

However, one man, Drew Binsky, has taken the time and the effort to visit them all. The travel YouTuber completed his goal of visiting every United Nation in the world - completing his goal in October 2021, finishing in Saudi Arabia.

Of course, he must have a million and one stories to tell, including one incredibly terrifying tale. The good news is, the YouTuber isn’t alone in his travels, as he has an audience of 4.5 million subscribers following him along, ready and intrigued to hear his stories.

He regularly updates and entertains his millions of followers, and in an interview with UNILAD he revealed why he came to consider one country the most threatening.

Asked on what the spookiest place on his list was, he said Chad was the scariest country he had visited 'hands down' after he was ‘attacked by over a dozen people’.

Expanding, Drew said: "Back in 2018, I spent time in N'Djamena, Chad's capital, and largest city. Never in my life have I been more scared, threatened, or attacked (both verbally and physically) than I was in that hot, dusty, and beaten-down, deserted city."

"I was involved in a disastrous police chase on a motorbike and was attacked by over a dozen people for trying to take a photo. If it wasn't for my 6'6'' local friend (AKA Bodyguard), then I'm not sure I would have made it out of that country alive - no joke!"

"The lessons I learned from my experience there are the following: always ask before taking a photo of anyone, avoid crowds, including any demonstrations or protests," he warned UNILAD.

"Chad is extremely dangerous due to the risk of terrorism, civil unrest, violent crime, and kidnapping. I strongly urge that anyone who plans to travel to Chad to seek professional security advice and always err on the side of caution."

For those who are unfamiliar, Chad, which is officially known as the Republic of Chad, is a landlocked country in North-Central Africa.

Despite all of Drew’s completed adventures and stories, he hasn’t stopped entertaining his subscribers, still regularly posting on YouTube.

In fact, Drew showcased his ‘Travel Nightmare’ in his latest vlog, in which he went to India to tell the story of the country’s only female truck driver. However, things took a turn when he got caught in multiple life-threatening landslides in what he described as ‘one of the craziest adventures of my life’.

We can’t wait to see where Drew takes us next!
