They never have anything nice to say, do they?

Another day, another 'time traveller' claiming to have seen some cataclysmic even on the horizon.

Now, while all most of us would scoff at the idea of someone being able predict what is coming years down the line, some people are convinced they've got the power. Or at least they claim they do on social media.

And now, someone going by the name @realtiktoktimetraveler, who has gained quite the following on TikTok, is warning that a huge meteor will strike Earth in 10 years time, destroying the US.

They rarely have anything cheerful to say, do they?

In a post to their account, the 'time traveller' said: "Attention! I am a real time traveller from the year 2236 and I have come to date in time to warn you about upcoming events in the next few years!!

A 'time traveller' has warned of our impending doom.

"In 2022, a scientist will discover a way to bring back the megalodon through using its DNA and they create a real megalodon in 2023 and surprisingly nothing goes wrong.

"In 2025, scientists discover signs of life on two different planets and they are proven to be more advanced than humans.

"A meteor will come down to Earth in 2034 and will wipe out half of America."

The video, which sparked a debate, was posted with the caption: "Be ready for these upcoming events."

Unsurprisingly, not everyone bought into their claims, with people split on whether they thought they were talking absolute rubbish or not.

Oh dear.

"Please tell me this is a joke!!!" urged one.

Another asked: "Bro, which side of America is safe?"

"Not sure if this was asked yet, but which half of America is taken out? I need to plan ahead please and I was looking for a change of scenery anyways," put a third.

While another added: "I know I shouldn't Believe this but I can't help but do."

Some were less convinced, though.

Dismissing the claims, one user said: "Aye bruh I dont wanna be 'that guy' but imma call cap."
