As men are reportedly putting their manhood on the line for a bigger package, we've delved into whether there's any truth behind the simple non-surgical procedure that is supersizing sausages.
While men's insecurities typically involve a trip to Turkey for a hair transplant on a budget, there's a new male makeover trend taking over and it's all about what’s happening below the belt.
Without the need of an incision, hopeful lovers are able to add to their peckers without any major discomfort - and it can be done in as little time as a lunch break.
The treatment, known as penile filler, involves injecting a gel into the shaft of the penis which adds more girth to the member.

In fact, this gel, called hyaluronic acid, is the same substance that is used to plump up lips and fill out cheeks.
Chris Fleischer, practice manager at Cosmetic Connection, explained that the remedy takes just 20 minutes and is done under local anaesthetic.

"It's quite a simple procedure that enlarges the size of the penis. It primarily focuses on the girth, but it's non-surgical - you can walk in and walk out the same day," he told the Daily Mail.

Although if you were hoping to bulk up your soldier for battle that same night, you'd be devastated to hear that your privates will need to recover in the medics tent for up to two weeks before deployment is deemed safe.
After the siege is over, your winky will be beefed up for years. But it comes at a cost; anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000, depending on how much filler is used.
Fleischer continued: "It can last up to around three to five years. We usually recommend people come back every two years for a top-up.
"If it's done well, you can't tell [that your tinker has undergone penile filler]."

Clinics have reported a huge rise in appointments, especially among men in their forties who’ve found themselves single again and back on dating apps.
"It’s not one type of guy," Fleischer added. "You get young men who are insecure, older men who’ve experienced shrinkage, and even some who just want their partner to enjoy sex more after childbirth."
While some clinics are even reportedly performing up to ten of these treatments every week, and while the filler can slightly increase length, its main benefit is girth.

"For the non-surgical option, length gains aren’t possible," Fleischer confirmed.
