An adult film star has lifted the lid on the biggest mistakes 'all men' make in the bedroom.

Alix Lynx has spent more than 10 years working in the adult industry, earning her stripes in the sector through her OnlyFans work and steamy studio shoots.

She reportedly makes a whopping five figures a month creating custom content, from the intimate right down to the bizarre, like bouncing on balloons or bathing in a bathtub filled with Jell-O.

Lynx also isn't shy when it comes to revealing some industry secrets and her opinions on sex.

Now, the star has spilled the beans on some of the top three common mistakes men tend to make when getting frisky under the sheets.

She says at the top of the list is passing up on the passionate moments sexual partners should share before getting down and dirty.

"Skipping foreplay is the number one mistake men make in bed,” Lynx said to IGV. “Going too fast and just rushing straight into it.

"Skipping kissing, and just ripping your clothes off can be hot sometimes, but rarely. Like, c’mon, you’re really just gonna go for it immediately?”

Lynx asserted that women often need some time to become aroused and ready to play.

"Women need to be warmed up," she explained. "It’s like a DJ set, you gotta get the crowd going before you make the drop.

“Men skip foreplay, and they need to realise it makes a world of difference. I know it’s a lot easier for dudes to get off, but we’re wired so differently. We need time, you need to take things slow.”

Her second top tip comes down to personal hygiene and washing down there, though she admitted the gross oversight is fortunately not as common.

"Not grooming and being clean is the second biggest mistake men make," Lynx said. "It just lacks self-awareness. This isn’t super common, but it’s definitely something I’ve noticed. Like, are you even taking care of yourself? Are you grooming?

"Are you just letting everything go and not even thinking about it? Seriously, dude – take a damn shower. If you just got back from the gym, wash your balls.”

Finally, she said men can often make the mistake of assuming all women work the same way.

"I think going on autopilot, and not taking your time to feel out what’s working and what’s not, is a huge no-no.

"Just assuming, oh, this is gonna work because it worked last time. Every woman is different, you know? You’ve gotta talk and you have to communicate," Lynx concluded.
