A Vladimir Putin ally has threatened to drop nuclear bombs on two cities in the UK.
Just when you thought things might be calming down amid the Russia-Ukraine conflict now that Donald Trump has seemingly changed his tune on Ukraine, things might be getting serious.
One of Russia’s leading propagandists has said that the Kremlin could very well bomb the UK on his state-run TV show.
Vladimir Solovyov was speaking to Sergei Karaganov at the time, where Karaganov revealed that tactical atomic weapons would be the only way to stop conflict with the US and Russia.

He called it ‘foolish’ to say nuclear war should be off the cards, or that it couldn’t win a war.
Then he turned his sights to Europe, stating that the continent should know Russia is prepared to use its weapons, and sending two nuclear bombs would be the message needed to let everyone know they are serious.

It's not the first time Karaganov has spoken out in favour of nuclear war, as while he has previously said that 'the use of nuclear weapons, in extreme cases, in the most dreadful case, is a terrible sin', he then added: "But not using them and condemning your people and the world to a major war is an even greater sin. That is an even more terrible sin."

Karaganov has also previously said that the UK 'should be nuked off the map'.
Solovyov then suggested Russia should strike Oxford and Cambridge in the UK to end 'British elites' and their prestigious universities.
It comes after the POTUS confidently said that Kyiv can ‘win all of Ukraine back in its original form’ in its war with Russia.
Writing on Truth Social, he said the nation could get back ‘the original borders from where this war started’ thanks to Europe and NATO’s collaboration.

The post came after he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, after the UN General Assembly in New York on September 23.
Trump's change of heart comes after 'getting to know and fully understand the Ukraine/Russia military and economic situation', as he said: “Putin and Russia are in BIG Economic trouble, and this is the time for Ukraine to act."

As for Zelenskyy, he said to Fox News that Trump’s Truth Social post about Ukraine was a ‘positive signal’ that the US ‘will be with us to the end of the war’.

“I think the fact that Putin was lying to President Trump so many times also made a difference between us,” he told Fox News.
As Trump also called Russia a ‘paper tiger’, the nation scathingly responded to his criticisms.
Trump wrote of the country: "With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe and, in particular, NATO, the original Borders from where this war started, is very much an option.
"Why not? Russia has been fighting aimlessly for three and a half years, a War that should have taken a Real Military Power less than a week to win. This is not distinguishing Russia. In fact, it is very much making them look like 'a paper tiger."

To this, the Kremlin took issue with the 'paper tiger' comment and the spokesperson for Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, said: "[Russia] is not a tiger but a bear. Russia is associated with a bear; there are no paper bears."
The Kremlin added that the conflict was 'not an aimless war' and that he was ‘deeply mistaken’ if he thought Ukraine could take back its territory.
UNILAD reached out to Downing Street for comment.
