Russian president Vladimir Putin is allegedly toying with his US counterpart Donald Trump with that recent drone activity above Poland.
Having already invaded Ukraine, 72-year-old Putin has been testing the radar defence systems of Russia's other geographical neighbours by sending drones into Polish airspace.
In response to this assault, Poland's deputy prime minister Radek Sikorski claimed that Putin is 'mocking' Trump after their peace talks rendezvous in Alaska just last month.
"Poland's airspace was breached 19 times by drones manufactured in Russia," began the politician's statement, per The Express.

"The assessment of Polish and NATO air forces is that they did not veer off course but were targeted.
"The Kremlin is again mocking President Trump's peace efforts," Sikorski went on to suggest.
Russia's metallic spies entered Polish skies in the early hours of last Wednesday (September 10), before being shot down.

German chancellor Friedrich Merz backed up Sikorski's accusation too, claiming that the presence of Russian drones was a purposeful act of aggression.
If the pair's theory is bang on the money, then Trump will be wondering what the heck Putin's next move could be.
Only recently did they share a few hours in each other's company to speak about potential resolutions to the Russo-Ukrainian war.
Meanwhile, after Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy demanded that all European nations freeze their oil and gas purchases from Moscow, Trump doubled down on this sentiment via Truth Social.

The 79-year-old vowed that he was ready to impose 'major sanctions' on Putin's Russia, as long as NATO agreed to cease buying oil from the country.
"As you know, NATO’s commitment to WIN has been far less than 100%, and the purchase of Russian Oil, by some, has been shocking!", he shared over the weekend.

"It greatly weakens your negotiating position, and bargaining power, over Russia. Anyway, I am ready to 'go' when you are.

"Just say when? I believe that this, plus NATO, as a group, placing 50% to 100% TARIFFS ON CHINA, to be fully withdrawn after the WAR with Russia and Ukraine is ended, will also be of great help in ENDING this deadly, but RIDICULOUS, WAR," his social media post continued.
Trump went on to claim that while it 'wasn’t his war', he was more than willing to stop it and save 'thousands of Russian and Ukrainian lives'.
"If NATO does as I say, the WAR will end quickly, and all of those lives will be saved! If not, you are just wasting my time, and the time, energy, and money of the United States.
"Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
