In a shocking interview, Kanye West has admitted that 'I like Hitler' - in what will heap more controversy onto the disgraced rapper.

In recent months, West has been dumped by many of his brands, including the likes of Adidas and Balenciaga, following antisemitic remarks he made.

West, now known as Ye, was interviewed by right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on InfoWars on Thursday (1 December).

In a clip from the show, Jones suggested that West had been 'demonized' in the press following a string of antisemitic remarks.

He added that it was unfair for West to be compared to Adolf Hitler or the Nazis.

But with a balaclava completely covering his face, West interrupted Jones and suggested he sees 'good things about Hitler'.

Kanye West wore a balaclava over his face when he made the remarks.

West said: "I love everyone, and Jewish people are not gonna tell me… ‘You can love us, and you can love what we’re doing to you with the contracts, and you can love what we’re pushing with the pornography.’

"But this guy that invented highways, invented the very microphone that I use as a musician—you can’t say out loud that this person ever did anything good, and I’m done with that. I’m done with the classifications, every human being has something of value that they brought to the table. Especially Hitler."

After his comments, Jones took back control of the show but before he went to an advert break, West blurted out: 'I like Hitler' as the screen faded.

But West didn't stop there, as later in the show he added to his comments, defending the man who oversaw the murder of around 6 million Jews.

He said: "They did good things too, we’ve got to stop dissing the Nazis all the time.

"The Jewish media has made us feel like the Nazis and Hitler have never offered anything of value to the world."

"I love Jewish people, but I also love Nazis," he concluded.

Former TMZ employee Van Lathan Jr., who has worked with West, said earlier this year that the rapper professed his 'love' for Hitler.

Speaking on the Higher Learning podcast, the media personality alleges that West made antisemitic remarks in 2018 but were taken out of the interview.

He said: "I mean, I was taken aback because that type of antisemitic talk is disgusting. It’s like, I’m taken aback any time anyone does that, right?

"But as far as [West], I knew that that was in him because when he came to TMZ, he said that stuff and they took it out of the interview."
